Returns and Exchanges

Are you unhappy with the product you ordered and want to return it? No problem, we're here to help.

We offer free returns on orders that meet the free shipping threshold. Otherwise, the customer must cover the costs of returning products to ABODI.

We cannot exchange products. If only the size of the product was not suitable, or you have changed your mind and want to buy something else instead, please place a new order with the selected products and send the not fitting product back to us.

If you are not eligible for a free return, you must send us back the product with the same courier we shipped to You. We cannot accept postal shipment.

Once you receive your order, you have fourteen (14) days to request a return pickup and return the unwanted item(s).

If you want to return your purchased product for any reason, please notify us of your return request at within 14 days and we will send a courier to you, free of charge, to deliver your package back to us. To return it, please fill out the return data sheet available here, which you have to include in the package. Failure to fill this out may cause a delay in the processing of the returned package. Please include the following information in the email:

Your name

Your order number

Which product do you want to return?

What is the exact address of the package

Your phone number

Your email address

If you can, please also write to us why you want to return the product. The opinion of our customers is important to us and we try to improve our services based on all feedback.

Based on your email, our courier service will pick up your package and deliver it back to us within the next 2 working days. You do not need to address the package, because the courier will put the label on it, which will allow them to identify your package.

After we receive the returned package, we check the condition of the product and, if it is in accordance with our rules bellow, we refund the price.


How to prepare your item(s) for a return?


Please make sure that the item is in perfect, unused, unwashed, and undamaged condition, and that all labels are still attached to the garment. Please carefully try on each garment. As darker pieces might transfer their color on other pieces, please make sure to pack each garment separately when returning two or more pieces in the same box.


Protect the soles when trying on the shoes by standing on a carpeted surface. When returning, make sure to return the dust bag and/or the shoebox just as your shoes came in.


Please return bags with all the accessories that were included in the parcel, including the dust bag and extra handles, otherwise we are unable to accept the return.


Please make sure you return masks in the original, undamaged packaging. Due to health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returning masks unpacked.


For hygiene reasons, please try all swimwear items on over your underwear and make sure that the hygiene tape is still on the piece.

Lifestyle products

In case of ABODI ceramics, please kindly make sure to carefully pack everything as it was originally packed. In case an item arrives in a damaged condition, we are unable to refund the price of the item.

In case of ABODI ceramics, we are unable to provide a free return label. The costs and responsibility of shipping the item(s) back to us is entirely on the customer.
